1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of "Ask Solomon", operated by Hyoeun Kim (the "Service Provider"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of Service & AI Disclaimer

Entertainment Only: This Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses. It is intended solely for entertainment and general illustrative purposes.

  • The AI's "verdicts" are NOT legally binding judgments.
  • You should not make life-altering decisions (legal, medical, financial) based solely on this Service.
  • The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI's output.

3. User Content & Liability

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the text scenarios and data you input ("User Content").
  • License: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content to generate AI responses.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your input does not violate the privacy, intellectual property, or rights of third parties (e.g., defamation, revealing sensitive private info).
  • Indemnity: The Service Provider is not liable for any disputes, legal actions, or damages arising from the content you provide.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content.
  • Input sensitive personal data (e.g., SSN, financial info) of yourself or others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, "jailbreak," or manipulate the AI logic and prompts.
  • Automate access to the Service (scraping, bots) without prior written consent.

5. Duo Mode & Invitations

If you use the "Duo Mode" to invite another party to a case:

  • You represent that you have the explicit consent of the recipient to send the invitation.
  • You acknowledge that the Service acts only as a technical messenger on your behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for any disputes or claims arising from the invitation.

6. Virtual Currency ("Feathers")

  • "Feathers" represent a limited license to access specific digital features. They hold no real-world monetary value.
  • All purchases are final. Feathers are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of proven technical system failure.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without notice if you violate these terms, particularly regarding Prohibited Uses or behavior that risks the Service's integrity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
